Collection: Whole truffle and truffle juice

Whole black winter truffle and summer truffle in a jar, sterilized in their own juice, and the juice of the black winter truffle. The truffle is already cooked: you grate or slice it and add it to a warm dish at the last moment. The juice from the jar goes into the sauce.
