Shipping costs

Orders of €75 or more ship free of charge within the Netherlands. Below that amount shipping costs €6.95. The cart shows how much you still need to reach the threshold.

Delivery

We ship with DHL or PostNL. An order placed on a working day leaves us the next working day; it usually reaches you within two to three working days. You receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Our products keep at room temperature. No cooling is involved, so an order can spend a day in the parcel network without any problem.

Returns

If you want to send something back, let us know first at info@truffelkelder.nl. We reply by email with the return address and the next steps. What you can return, and within what period, is explained under right of withdrawal.

Damage or a missing product

Send a photo to info@truffelkelder.nl. We send the product again or refund it, whichever you prefer.
