Refund policy

You have fourteen days to change your mind. The period starts the day after you receive your order, and within those fourteen days you can tell us that you are sending it back. You do not have to give a reason.

How to let us know

Send a message to info@truffelkelder.nl with your name, your order number and what you are returning. An email is enough; you can also use the model form at the bottom of this page. We confirm your message the same working day.

After you have told us, you have another fourteen days to actually send the products back. The cost of the return is yours.

What you can send back

Unopened products in their original packaging. Foodstuffs that are delivered sealed cannot be returned once opened, because they can no longer be sold; that is laid down in law, and with us it applies to jars and bags whose seal has been broken.

You may of course examine a product as you would in a shop. If a product loses value through use beyond that, we settle the difference.

Your refund

We refund within fourteen days of your notice, using the same means of payment you paid with. If you send back part of your order, we refund that part, including the standard delivery cost of the original order.
