Acacia honey with 5% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum). Acacia honey is mild in flavour, so the truffle is easy to taste.
Drizzle a spoonful over a cheese board or over a salad with warm goat cheese. It pairs well with soft cheeses such as Camembert and Brillat-Savarin and with young goat cheese. Allow one tablespoon per person.
